Teach your employees how to do customer services and dont discriminate race...i rent a ahual on fresno ca. To drop it at eugene OR i have an issue with the equipment so i stop at Redding Ca to fix it the employee of the uhaul store crush the bumper i didn't notice till i got to Eugene at the store this lady she was ingoring me for what i have to said i told here what may happen she was very rude and discriminatory against me ..i return all the equipment at her store..she didnt do her job right because i got a call after a week said that i didn'tnt return some of the equipment which was wrong...i put a complaint about all this and uhaul never call me back not even for an apology..i got charge for something i didn't do and they not even investigate the incident...i have to move back to vegas so it wasn't an other truck rental company on eugene so i decide to give them an other shot i rent it with them again. BIG MISTAKE...so they did it again they give me a empty truck the guy at woodcraft said he contact Uhaul and they will put on my contract how i suppose to return the truck he didnt do anything because they charge me for the gas when i drop the truck in Las vegas .its bein a nightmare and lost alot of money they make feel discriminated stressful and so depressed...its not like they give the rental for free i will never do business with uhaul again...they said oh call customer service its pointless because they only care for taking ur money and not all the issues and stressful situation the employees put you on because of their lack of service.

PArking was in the back of the building and could only be accessed by one direction. Otherwise ok.

I had a great experience and will definitely be back! Ruther was awesome to work with and helped me get on the road quickly. He is a great guy to work with and is a credit to your company. The only issue I ran into was with the owner of OakCraft. He acted like theyre was no one on there building thai world for uhaul and had no idea what was going on, even though Ruther was in the back room and had worked there for 6 months. It made things very confusing, but Ruther was able to clear things up once I bumped into him. Because of Ruther, my 1 star experience turned into a 5 star. He is a great guy!

Gas was siphoned from truck. Had to fill it up. The truck was on empty with the gas light on. I received it with no gas and I should not have had to put anymore in it when I was finished.

Vehicle gas tank was empty-- not just low, literally empty. The gas light was on as soon as the vehicle was turned on and it took 30+ dollars of gas just to make two trips in town. The parking behind the store is EXTREMELY limited and far too narrow for any of the trucks to safely park. I had to flip down the mirrors of my truck and the trucks on either side of me to even wedge the vehicle into the spot. Had issues on mobile drop-off with payment card and had to re-do drop-off submission multiple times including pictures each time. If I hadn't needed a larger truck for moving, I honestly probably would have just canceled my reservation as soon as I saw the gas light on.

Recommend pulling up your account and getting the code prior to going to the location. Their website is very slow and it took a long time to get to the code and then they submitted the wrong box for the code which I ended up trying to reach a live person to have it fixed. Overall, I arrived at 6:30 am and left there by 7:20 am. Also, the gas was on empty and I could only make it to the closest gas station before doing anything.

Absolutely no Uhaul signage at pickup location, I only happened to see a uhaul truck parked to think maybe that’s where we needed to go. Outside of the truck was dirty, windshield filthy, inside clean. I was redirected to this pickup location via text the day prior to rental. At no time was there any indication that it was essentially just a parking lot with a coded key box behind a business with no customer support. Had this been communicated we could have uploaded the documents prior to pickup. There were no moving blankets in the truck or in the business that owned the parking lot. The area field manager said that we could pick some up at another uhaul location. Yet another irritation to start a hectic day of moving. That same manager did end of delivering them to where we were moving out but with a little communication none of this would have ever had to take place.

Not much you can do to improve this location. It is a couple of parking spaces behind a store next to the dumpsters. The key lock box was secured to the dumpster fence. Nobody there to help me. The email I received notifying me of the location switch didn’t even give me info on how to get the key.

This was sketchy and unpleasant. The equipment clearly hadn't been cleaned and it was extremely unclear how to actually go about the rental. Nobody answered the phone when I called, and when I did get a hold of them, they didn't do the things I requested.
