Wait time was very long to check out vehicle. I was not given a printed copy of my order Or vehicle info to double check the starting odo. Final mileage charges were more than what I had estimated, but cannot check this after the fact. I declined the safe move insurance when placing my reservation online, then it was added in store and I declined again, then it showed up on my final bill. I was not given an opportunity in store to review and sign the contract - associate scribble-signed for me. Basically the wrong parts of the check out process were rushed, while they seemed understaffed to get someone to the uhaul desk and get the equipment ready.
Claire HeinitzI needed to add a driver and was told I could do that from the emails I received, but I could not. Otherwise, the service was excellent.
KATHY REDMONDTheir system def not working right, so when the super nice lady at the counter called support i was there. They told her the dolly did not work, but only to not help her maybe? Since i had checked online i ended up at the store doing it all online.

Glenn MillinerI thought that this place was closed when I got there according to the the web page and I arrived and started checking it in myself and a woman who's on her break so he'll be right out and somebody comes out to check it in for me and I go in about my refund or my deposit and she's just the most amazing compassionate empathetic woman and I was meant to be there meeting her at that moment and I'm grateful for everything that she gave me not Material but spiritual just speaking with her I don't know if this is too much information but she was the kindest person I have met in a very long time. JUSTIN CUEThe hardware store is an excellent local business. The truck ran well but the cab was very dirty, appearing as if it had not been cleaned for a very long time. Before returning the truck we spent about 1/2 hour wiping down the cab just so the next customer would not have the same experience.

alexander chupkinWe drove in from out of town to move our son into an apartment and only had one day to do it. We were not encouraged to drop the uhaul off after hours, even though the website states that’s an option. It just caused us to rush more than we needed to on a day that was 105 degrees to return it before the store closed. It was just a huge inconvenience.
Guadalupe cardenasWhile ordering the trailer, I asked for a Walnut Creek drop off. Your office could not give me one and so I had to find a place to drop it off. The 1st place I went to did not take returns but did forward me to the location I ended up dropping it off. I had no issues with the 2 places I dealt with but could not believe you couldn’t give me a location and address to drop it off. I’ve rented from Uhaul before and was always given a drop off location, granted it was on the east coast but that shouldn’t matter

NORMA BRAVOSOTOTrue Value in Woodland Ca. 95695 is charging extra to rent these vehicles. I rented a 10ft van yesterday 19.99 + fees. I ended up spending 66.00 dollars. I only drove it for 11 mi each way to and from the landfill and returned the truck same day. Something doesn't add up here. I would like to be paid back the overpayment!!!
CAROL SCHOCHEverything about my UHaul experience was positive- from pickup to delivery. The trucks were easy to load, they drove nice with plenty of power, I got an email telling me where to deliver, and the delivery was quick and easy. Overall, I would definitely use UHaul again.

BROSNAN TRANI booked this location twice and reserved moving equipment each time. The first time, this location did not have any of the furniture pads. The second time there was no furniture dolly. The excuse we were given is that people rent them and don’t return them. But they need to be made available if I reserve them online first.

Joel CaseyCustomer service was horrible. I placed my reservation online then I double checked over the phone with Uhaul. Uhaul customer service texted me the location and confirmation number. Upon arrival to 345 W. Main St, I could see plenty of Uhaul vehicles available. I walked in and told them I was there for a Uhaul reservation. The sales person or manager couldn’t find my information in their system and was very rude the whole time. I told I have a confirmation number and he said those numbers don’t mean anything to them. I asked can I have a number to call Uhaul? He said I don’t know call 1800uhaul, which clearly isn’t the right number. So I called the previous number I had before and as I was on the phone with customer service, the manager found my reservation. After he found my reservation he started to be nice to me. He told me the gas was halfway full and when I got into the truck it was closer to a 1/4 of a tank. I’ll never go to that location ever again.
TROY BARNETTThe first place I was sent to to return the truck and trailer wouldn't take me and didn't help us at all. The final place above, the young lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Again, great customer service.
