This location helped make my first U-Haul experience very simple. I'll be recommending this location to friends and family.

Matthew MWhen a client enters a preferred origination location, make better efforts to accommodate that. This location is 25 minutes from my house and I passed no less than three rental stores en route. My preferred site was the Saddle Brook Location that I could walk to within 10 minutes, if needed but I received an email, (no phone call from a rep) notifying me of the change in location. Uber was helpful to obtain transportation to the rental facility

David RThe van had a horrible smell as if a dead animal or body was in the van. I needed the van which left me with no choice but would never do it again! I had to purchase Lysol, windows wide open and still did nothing. The salesperson at the mattress store was concerned what I was smelling. As soon as I open the store he went back. It was horrible. I cannot believe this was rented out! It should have been cleaned. I even complained when I dropped it off that they should investigate the smell and the person who had the van before me.
lisa vThe people at the Woodland Park Auto Repair made the renting the cargo van a good experience. Everyone was friendly, they explained the whole process when checking in and upon returning the vehicle. The van had mileage and I had no mechanical problems. I would certainly rent from them again.
Steve fThe only issue we had was when returning our van. We had an 11 hour rental so we would be returning it well after the business hours of the auto shop. When we came back later that night we could not find the drop off box for the van key anywhere on the property. The owner had not said anything about the location of it that morning when we picked the van up either. Afterl 20 minutes of searching we hide the key in the door jam and left. Other than that everything was quick and easy.

VANESSA CWhen we arrived the uhaul attendant was already off. We arrived 30 minutes before due time. We contacted uhaul and the representative was extremely rude and not helpful. She wanted us to drop off at Newark location even though our contract strictly stated woodland park, nj. We were forced to contact our pick up location and it was there that we were directed to the pick up location scheduling conflict number. To my surprise the representative who answered was the same rude woman from before. She angrily accepted our truck to be dropped off at woodland park, nj. Even though there was no attendant. The overall experience was terrible and I will NEVER rent from uhaul again.
