Harley did an excellent job of providing outstanding customer service. There were some problems with your customer service line and a rep there who canceled my reservation. Fortunately Harley was still on site after hours and able to straighten things out for me.Linda K.

I did not appreciate receiving an email immediately after electronically returning the trailer stating that I was being charged a cleaning fee. The trailer was returned clean, and this was very upsetting.Adele K.

I had originally reserved a truck to be picked up in Menomonee falls. I received a phone call 3 days prior saying I had to go to germantown to pick it up. The gentleman did not arrive until 9:20. Then asked what credit card. I gave it to him, he rung I through the register, but my original credit card was charged.Julianne F.

While the owner came out and spoke with us, I didn't feel confident in leaving the truck there. He wanted us to just leave it, didn't look at the truck condition/mileage before we departed, and no one checked the truck in until 5-6 hours later (it says 5:10 pm on our receipt, however we dropped it off around 11 or 12 am). When I double-checked on my personal car insurance covering this rental, there were a few recommendations my agent made to me, 1. have the drop-off site go over the truck condition in person with you before you leave, 2. take pictures of the mileage and the truck when you pick up and drop off the vehicle. (We did both.) We tried to have him look at the truck before we left, but he wouldn't, and we did take pictures of the truck and the mileage, which luckily we didn't need. The guy here just told us "just leave us the keys and you'll get an email." At the least I would have expected him to check over the truck and confirm...something. We'll be using another U-Haul location next time we need a truck.Nicole W.

I booked the reservation for a downtown Milwaukee location. Two days before I was to pick up the truck I was called and told the only location with my truck size was in Germantown. This caused a huge disruption in my schedule and was a major inconvenience. When making reservations online the customer needs to be told that may not be the location to pick up the truck and not left to assume pick up will be easy.ROSS D.

The had added an extra trailer to my reservation. The scheduled pick-up was during the day which I could not do. When I called to change the time (it was after hours), the owner picked up and said there was nothing he could do since they were closed. The trailer had clearly not been cleaned out from the previous user. We had to clean it out all the dirt before using it ourselves. They also said they factored in the miles that we needed, but since they changed the pick-up location to 10 miles out of the way and would not adjusted when we explained it to them, we went over our miles and had to pay extra fees. They seemed very unorganized and not appreciative of their customers.ASHLEY M.

Equipment related, truck was excellent condition and newer and tires excellent. Just would recommend lubricating the ball hitch on the auto tow dolly and replacing the rubber retention straps for the chain hooks as one popped off during the trip over bumpy roads. Thx.ANTHONY D.
I reserved the 6x12 trailer for 3 days beginning at 2pm on Thursday. I returned prior to 2pm on Saturday, only two days. There were other 6x12 trailers still there. When I asked if I would receive credit for the day I didn't use the trailer the guy said you checked out a 1:56 pm so you're into the 3rd day! I also asked him to inspect the trailer and he said, "we don't work UHaul on Saturdays". I tried to call him today and was sent to an automatic voice messaging service. Pretty poor comments to a customer.Joseph P.
They bascially told me where to park the truck and where to place the tow dolly. A nice you gentleman assisted me with that and we left. I was a little concerned that the truck and dolly had not been looked over and the fuel gauge was not verified. I always use Tom's Trailers because it is about 15 miles closer to my home. They were closed over the weekend so I had to look elseware. I was very pleased with Wright.mike G.
