The mileage on the website was .59 a mile. I was charged .69 per mile. Also, it was hard to figure out how to find a worker. We had to go into a drive thru. It was weird and dusty. I had to step outside because the dust was making me cough.Andre B.

First and foremost the location doubles as a drive thru and the clerk will stop every 2 mins to service his drive thru customers. He serviced 7 customers during my pickup. Pickup takes at least a half an hour maybe 45 mins.. Secondly the contract requires 3 unique phone calls with 3 different names that are called for verification. What a nightmare.Brian B.

Overall, I am frustrated with this rental experience, but the person at Wright Spot was very helpful and was able to sort out what could have been a failed rental. I arranged for pick up at T. D. Automotive in Kettering, OH. When I arrived, the "Pick Up Truck" button would not appear in my online account. I waited for about 30 min and then decided to load the Uhaul App. After logging in to the app, I noticed that the pick up location had changed to Wright Spot, which is in another part of town. I had no email or notifications on my account about this location change. When I got to Wright Spot, there was no truck, but the attendant did have my reservation. I called Uhaul customer support, hoping that I could change my reservation to a 15 ft truck that was available, but it took so long for them to answer that the previous renter finally showed up with the 10 ft truck. I tried to "Pick up the Truck" with the app, but it was so slow that the person at Wright Spot eventually offered to help me complete the check-out process. I don't understand why my pick up location was changed without any communication from Uhaul.Eric C.

My service with U-Haul was very unsatisfying. I scheduled to pick up my truck at 2:30 and wasn't able to leave with my truck for another hour after that time. I wasn't informed of the process i would have to go through to be approved for the truck and to get the keys. Also, the website was glitching and that held me up as well. I ended up being an hour behind schedule. Which was unfortunate and cost me money with my movers.Nina S.

The owner of this beer drive through was nowhere to be found. We were dropping off and another couple came wanting to rent. They left after seeing what we were dealing with. Worst Uhaul place and experience in my 35+ years renting vehicles. Will never go to this location again and recommend people use a full Uhaul establishment.Michelle E.

It was a *drive thru* location and while checking in/out they were having to start & stop to wait on drive thru customers. It was a horrible ridiculous wait. Also, while returning rental the check in took over 40 minutes then I was charged for another whole day rental charge!!! I will NEED this charge to be removed from my credit card asap!!Karen W.

There has not been a single time I have used your service that I wasn't sorely disappointed by hidden and non-disclosed fees or additions made by your greedy and corrupt clientele who find ways to charge customers for more than the customer wants or needs.Patricia B.

The location was fine. The catches, numerous fees, and aggressive stickers "YOU DAMAGE! YOU PAY!" was all really jarring. Kinda felt dirty ya know? Get in there and whoah here's a huge contract with nonsense like arbitration and liability shuffling. Step into the van and got all these labels and warnings and signs screaming at me. It's a real awful experience. This location was fine and the manager there was helpful, polite, and fast.Evan S.

For the second time. As a leave the store within one minute the gas goes below what it should be. I think it related to parking in uphill or downhill which cause the gas indicator is higher than what's in the tank. Please make sure you indicate the right amount of gas is in the car before the customers receive their rentalHassan A.

A van like this really served my needs better as a bachelor, and the price was such that I could keep it multiple nights. Not a bad deal. The owner was kind and helpful, and the facilities were clean. My one critique would be that I rented a dolly that came without bungeeing cords. I'm sure you offered to rent them to me, but still ... come on.Denny R.
We used the online pickup and were unable to log into the account and complete. Nobody was there to help, and we were on hold for over almost an hour With the toll free number, while the website was â€œprocessingâ€. We were on a schedule and this is unacceptable. Honor your promises!!! I reserved the morning of the rental, got there a few minutes before it was supposed to start. Waited in line for 30 minutes while the attendee dealt with a return. There were other people there, but apparently they couldn't be bothered to man the check in or check out desk. When my turn came, the guy was insistent that I had to return it at the time, exactly, which was now only an hour and a half, vs. the 2 hours I rented for. I said I'd do my best. He said he couldn't rent to me then. I was left with movers at my house, and no move truck. Completely sh177y customer service. NEVER AGAIN.Steve M.

The place is a dump and the service was extremely slow. The truck was clean enough but it shook like a wet dog above 60mph. The Uhaul process including sending a link to take a picture of a license, providing a reference and a second phone number, is insane. Uhaul will be my last choice for future rental needs.Clifford H.
