U Haul has added double charges on my account without any clarifications. I had entered the miles when we started the journey. I shifted for 17 miles, but UHaul has charged me for 100 miles. Photos of the kms readings have been uploaded at the time of starting and ending the ride on their app, still they claim I have driven 100 miles, while I drove 17 miles. I raised a concern with their customer care team and they said they would take care of it. Charged me once again 2 months after my ride. Would not recommend Uhaul at allVinay K.

It is sad to say that this location is run by unprofessional and dishonest people. The guy overcharged me for an extra day even though I returned the can in less than 24 hours. I knew what he was playing but didn't want to argue with the idiot, the uhaul customer service was enough for me to discuss the issue and they refused fed me the overcharged amount. Would have been nice to have the trolleys that I paid for upon picking up the U-Haul, never ended up receiving them. The man at the counter also had no idea where the keys were. I used the first 45 minutes of my rental trying to get them, only for him to realize they were behind the counter.Alexander M.

The location was good. The booking experience online was poor. My booking was changed, and moved to a location with no dolly. That was not highlighted and compromised my move completely. And then the app had issues checking out the truck. My experiences with U-Haul are usually good, but this time with the app was really poor. It took nearly 3 hrs from original booking time to actually leaving the location.DAVIDS M.
We found it very difficult to rent the truck. We had to do everything online as it was a remote location. It took over an hour online to navigate through the process to get the code and open the keybox.Blaine R.
