The have a self drop off that completely did not work do they ended up charging me 20.00 I could not read the odometer because it was jammed with a message saying the tires need air!!! The Uhall application would not let finish the ride, and all the time I had spent with pre registering on the app, I believe it was in vainâ€¦. Since I still had to go into the office and answer all the questions again.Gustavo F.

better costumer service, i called the stores phone lines and uhauls 1800 help line to extend a reservation because after trying to do it online it glitched like 50 times , the 1-800 number had me on hold for over one hour then just hung up, at the wynwood wireless store i called both of their numbers several times and they never answered, i had to personally go to the store and have them extend it! A huge waste of time and more milage added to my bill thanks!MARIO D.

The truck had recently been in an accident and was still in the fleet. I was actually pulled over by the police because of the damage. Then the truck shut off several times during the trip, often in the middle of high traffic areas including the interstate. This was an extremely dangerous situation, especially as it was during rush hour. No one from uhaul would help me to change the truck or send roadside assist.THADDAEUS J.

I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads when I only rent the utility dolly. I made the claimed in the first place, clearly stating that I did NOT rent those and U-haul decided to charge me anyways. Terrible practice and very dishonestJoem S.
I called Monday at 2 pm 8 times and nobody answered. I returned the van at aftee 2 pm, and nobody was there. Thursday I called 9 times and nobody answered. Tried to leave a voice mail, but is full. Today friday I call again and nobody answers. This location works either until 6 or 7, bur the person there told me 7. But there is nobody picking up the phone. In addition I did not use all my miles and I didn't get my deposit back and then they charged me 30 more dollars for no reason and that is why I try to contact them but nobody answers the calls.Pedro N.

Well, we had two experiences. We got to the storage location and the truck turned off on us. We had to get it jumped. Second time we were filling up the gas tank and it died on us at the pump. I was on hold with U-Haul for 22 minutes and never had anyone answer. Finally someone from the gas station helped us out. Other than that it drove pretty well no problems there it was clean both inside the cabin and in the back so not too bad.YAMIRA RAISA V.
