Not a thing. Everything went smooth. Truck was spotless and only had a little more than two thousand miles on it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

1. Enable a way for the owner of this location to receive phone calls at the number Uhaul provides customers via text. For 6 hours, I attempted to contact the number provided to confirm our pickup only to be met with a busy signal; resulting me having to personally drive over to the facility a day in advance of my pickup to verify that the truck would be ready as scheduled on my confirmation receipt. 2. Have the owner know the actual # that customers are receiving from Uhaul. To his amazement, the owner had no idea what number we were calling and no idea why the line was busy for 6 hours. 3. Have the truck ready for pickup as agreed upon based on the confirmation number. We waited almost an hour after we were scheduled to pick up the truck for it to be ready for us to take for our move. A phone call from the owner letting us know would've been helpful. This was incredibly frustrating. 4. Have the owner express a desire to take photos or provide us with some affirmation that damage to the truck prior to giving us the keys wasn't something we'd be responsible for. There was a loose casing above the interior bed light that wasn't listed on our receipt as damaged, so we took a photo and time stamped it just in case we were charged. 5. We were paying customers & effectively felt like we were nuisances to the owner for the service we had paid for him to provide.

It seems that the owner of the establishment and U-Haul are at odds on the service. The owner had to input the information 2x because U-Haul had deleted the reservation made in advance (or so the owner said) We specifically asked for a drop-off location, but the one listed in the contract was not the one we requested and would have added 8 hours of driving to our trip. The owner didn't say anything about the changes to what we'd requested.

Reserved truck for 10am. Had movers arranged. Guy didn’t show up until almost 10:30. Told him we were paying movers. He said “I don’t care”. Nor did he care about negative reviews. I could not believe how rude he was. The guy should be out of business. Uhaul needs to dump this piece of trash.

He was 30 min late opening. slow processing. did no walk around to check for any previous damage or confirm gas level or odometer reading. when I brought the truck back, he was busy welding and said just leave the key on the counter did not read odometer, check gas level or odometer reading or walk around. I wanted to know what the cost was because I had to get reimbursed. he said we don't do things that way. you have to wait for the email. will never us him again and recommend friends not to.

I was disappointed that there was not a Ramp on the 10ft van; more yet you did not have an option to rent a portable ramp.

I called a local dealer that I had used before and reserved a trailer. They close at 5 but I could not get there till after work at around 5:15 so they promised to wait for me. Wonderful service. To my surprise I received an email telling me to pick up the trailer at Xtreme Max Power Sports. I called my dealer and they said they did not have the size I needed so I was ok to go to the new dealer. There was not a duplicate reservation. When I called Extreme Max Power they said they had the trailer. I mentioned I would be there around 5:20-5:30 and he explained that was too late. I said your website says you are open till 6:00. He said yes but I am closing early today. I asked how early and he replied 4:30 when I told him to cancel and I would find another dealer he said he would leave the trailer in the parking lot and the paperwork inside. I agreed. When I got there he surprised me and came out of the building clearly upset that he had stayed late. He asked me to come in and sign the paperwork. I signed and went outside waiting for him to come and attach the trailer and check my lights. Instead I heard the door lock behind me. I waited another minute or two and it became apparent he was not coming out. I struggled to line up the car and trailer as best I could. I then had to lift this dual axle trailer by my self. I am not a large man and I am 59 years old but I managed. I found the safety chains and hung them on the hitch. I connected the lights but could not confirm the brake lights for obvious reasons. I drove from Palm Harbor to Ft Myers gratefully without any problems. Once I dropped the trailer I found out that I had neglected to notice the trailer brake safety chain. It was not fasted to my car. I feel that the service was worse than horrible. It was non existing. The liability on your part was huge by allowing a customer to lift, attach, and not test the safety equipment. Fortunately nothing bad happened but it could have gotten ugly quickly due to my lack of experience and the lack of over site on the part of the dealer. Just thought you should know.

Refused to accept the trailer. Had to drive around to two other U-Haul locations on US19 who also refused it. After 2 wasted hours let alone my time and gas I just took it to the first location and left it VERY POOR service in Florida. Binghamton did a very good job

Don't recommend Prime Time as a drop off as they are a very very poor representative for UHAUL. Several customers waited and left because they weren't open. Stop them from being a UHAUL dealer.

The owner was less than helpful on the phone when I called to check for availability and pricing, repeatedly telling me he could not give me that information... that I would have to go to the website to get it myself . The only reason I picked up my trailer there was because of it's close proximity to my location. I was prepared to travel 13 miles to a different U-Haul site where the proprietor was very helpful, providing me with availability and pricing within minutes over the phone, however my rushed schedule did not permit it. When I picked up the trailer, the owner of the shop was just as impersonal in person... he never greeted me nor made any conversation whatsoever except to ask me for my credit card, driver's license, and where I was taking the trailer to drop it off.

The process to get the correct truck from the website was terrible. The website let me proceed with renting a truck that wasn't available for my needs (one-way rental). I had to call a few other places to fulfill my transaction, which took longer than expected.

When we went to pick up the truck, it took almost 2 hours for the paperwork to be completed so that we could be on our way. Because it took so long, we were 2 hours behind on moving out of our old house. This made for a very long night and it was very frustrating. It would be great if you could make sure this doesn't happen to another of your customers. Thank you!

noone there knew how to hook-up.Only ladies to help lift trailer to hitch. They had started UHaul a month before-guess training was minimal. not versed on safety or how-toos. trailer needed to be swept out but otherwise seemed ok.
