Smooth transaction; no complaints. However a neighbour told us when he rented a moving van he did not have to pay a daily fee, just paid for the mileage. Also, in the past, we did not have to pay for the days when the business was closed;l there was no charge after midnight on Friday so we were not expecting that. Would have preferred if it was a bit cheaper but the customer service in NL was excellent. Did not get any useful info when we dialed the number on the ad.....we live in Nl, the call centre agent was in the US and she simply told us to go online for info....that did not answer our questions. Good service from the person located near us and did not get the run around from him.
