The gentlemen helping me was fantastic. the area not so much There were two naked men screaming at each other, walking with their pants around their ankles. in the middle of the street. And of course it wouldn't be an LA neighborhood without human dung all over the sidewalk. NOT a fun place to pick up a U-Haul.Kane R.

It's a small corner gas station, so space is very crowded and It's hard to maneuver the trucks in and out. But it's the only location in West LA, so It's conveniently close to where I needed it. Uhaul Should find a larger location in West LA.FELIX J.
I called Uhaul and made sure to confirm my drop off location. When i arrived at the location at 12901 Culver Blvd, they told me they were no longer doing returns due to COVID. You absolutely need to confirm with the dealers if they're doing returns before directing a client to the do the drop off there. Then when I called to change the drop off location, I was on hold for over an hour and then as soon as I reached the top of the queue, it hung up on me! This happened multiple times. I'm really grateful for the Uhaul rep at the 300 Lincoln location. he was so kind and helpful, way more than anyone we interacted with from any other location or on the phone. Nevertheless the drop off experience was difficult. There should be an automatic self serve check out option no matter where the uhaul location is. Pickup and drop off was absolute mayhem. You must get updates from all locations on their availability, hours open, etc.CHRISTINA H.

I returned truck with fuel refilled to the same fuel level. Took pictures before and after. Saved the receipts for the gas. Still being charged with a EZ fuel sales charge on the bill. Need to call U-Haul customer service to resolve the issue. This gas station is not honest.Dong W.
Truck was parked in a very tight, awkward space; took 15 minutes for me to navigate out to street. Half of windshield was soiled with bird droppings and worst of all when I asked if truck was sanitized the answer was no and the attendant would not clean it. I was stuck with the truck unless I decided not to move. Totally unacceptable!!JOHN K.

UHaul, the company, and this location--Yossi 76 Station, both provided a miserable experience. The worst aspect of the rental experience was that they double charged me AND added an additional $28 for insurance I specifically declined. When I called to rectify the situation, I ended up wasting about an hour, and calling several different numbers to get the overcharges refunded. It appears the overcharges were due to the local operator (the 76 station), even though my online contract clearly indicated what my costs should have been. But the dismal experience started right from the initial reservation task on the clunky UHaul.com website. Once I thought a vehicle was reserved, I got a call from UHaul the next morning switching the location for the pickup on my vehicle. Then, the vehicle I received, a small 10 foot one, was in shoddy condition, with a very dirty windshield, no windshield wiper fluid, and poor shock absorbers. The truck bounced and jolted over even the smallest little imperfection in the road. Next time I need a small truck for moving things, I'll look at alternatives. UHaul needs to be overhauled.Gary M.

The tow dolley faulty. The driver side ramp was not holding in and my car was damaged because of this issue. The welding was either gone or not holding in and my bumper is messed up do to that issue.Octavio P.

The service at the counter was very good. What I didn't appreciate was the unauthorized cancellation of the whole service. The day I went to pick up the prepaid truck, I was told that the truck rental was cancelled. I never authorized this. A day before, I spoke with a young lady at Affordable Giant Mover Guy. She told me they were fully booked and I should cancel my reservation. I told her NO I don't want to cancel it, I need to be moved out at the scheduled time. When I returned the next day to pick up the truck, I was told the reservation was cancelled. I spoke with a guy at Affordable Giant Movers Guy who told me they didn't cancel, that it was Uhaul. Picking up the truck was surprisingly quick and easy. I would recommend using the mobile option for renting the U-haul since it allowed me to take care of all the paperwork online before I got there.Steven K.
I received a call last minute that I had to drive to a different location for the truck I requested. I then drove out of my way to that location and was told again that the truck was not available for pick up and NO 15' FOOT TRUCK WAS AVAILABLE. I then had to rent a very small truck, do multiple trips back and forth to move all my stuff. Most awful moving experience EVER.Joey Y.
