Patrick SGood experience. The parking lot is a little tight with the other business there. Only a few spots to part if you are leaving your vehicle. Appears to also be an ebay sell store inside the office/lobby. Overall I was in and out quickly and I would recommend it.

Nicole LThe experience was terrible. The app did not work well and the reservation was not ready for pickup. I had to work with a web tech support person to activate the "Pick Up My Truck" option. Then when we finally did get it working, the key was not left in the dropbox, and I had wait 90 minutes for the office to open, keeping my paid movers at the pickup location waiting.
Alan GI always have a good experience at this Uhaul location. The vehicle is clean, maintained and ready when I get there. The lady at the counter is always pleasant and capable. Prices are reasonable and clearly stated. Drop Off is as easy as dropping my keys in the box.

Darren MNo parking. Also, a bit of bait and switch seems to be going on. While Uhaul advertises 19.95 for local short-term rental to compete with Home Depot and Lowes the price was more than double the advertised rate. I do expect some mark up for taxes and fuel etc I find a markup of more than a 100% boarding on false advertising.
Paul SThe truck has a check engine light on and one of the rotors sounded like it may be grinding. The vehicle was not well maintained at all.
Chad HI did not originally pick this location for pick up. Uhaul changed it as it had the truck I needed available. I’m glad I checked the back of the truck or else I would have been charged extra for items I didn’t ask for. There were 8-10 moving blankets (some in bags) and a dolly zip-tied to the wall back there and the people exchanged looks when I told them like I wasn’t supposed to find them until later. Always check the box before you drive away. These rentals should be looked through and cleaned out every time they are checked back in. The location is also a consignment store packed full of things, dogs barking in the back, the smell of cigarettes lingering in the air. Not my ideal location.

Bonnie TThe truck I rented wasn't well maintained. The driver side door wouldn't stay closed. I had to lock the door before closing it to get it to make sure it's stay closed. The passenger mirror wouldn't stay in place, so it created a safety hazard when driving because I didn't know if a car was next to me. The truck's starter is going bad. I had trouble getting it to start. After started it would run fine. I've rented from this location many times. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed and felt like I overpaid for the truck rental.

The reservation was not confirmed for our changes and we could not access the truck initially. 3. General app performance issues. We had to have someone at the regional booking center complete our check out for us

CHRIS TNO ROOM to park the Uhaul, they were all just sitting around the lot. Having a 20' truck made it tough to navigate and drop the Uhaul off in their tiny parking lot. Would NOT recommend
