I feel like i was overcharged for my gas usage but we are talking $5 or less here(only drove 10 miles). The inside of the windshield was pretty dirty, someone did wipe it they just didnt do a very good job. However it was only visible in bright sun and didnt affect visibility. Neighborhood location was perfect for me and I was overall very satisfied.Russell K.

The website said this location was open until 5:30. I got there at 4:30 and the person had â€œgone home earlyâ€. Later I was charged an additional $15 dollars for â€œcleaningâ€ and was not informed or consulted about it. The unit looked EXACTLY the same as it did when I picked it up. Seems like a scam to me. Also, tried to contact the operator several times by phone and was unsuccessful. I will never use this location again and was VERY unsatisfied with the extra charges and lack of professionalism.Michael S.

The staff does a wonderful job. The computer angle is always too complex and pos machines unpredictable. But the customers seem extremely rude, not considering the problems they create for the next person. I only hope they are charged when they hold up other people when they're late, don't drop key off or not take lock off and then refuse to give staff combination # so next customer can get going.Jerald G.

I was incredibly disappointed for the extra day charge for returning the trailer â€œlateâ€. When I picked it up the uhaul rep confirmed my return time and he did not indicate that since it was after they closed I would be incurring an extra day charge. Given that it would still be available first thing the next morning to whoever had booked it I don't feel the charge is valid. If I had returned it right at the end of the day then it would be available the next day exactly as it was for the time I returned it.Curtis E.
