The man who showed me to the van was creepy and inappropriate. The first guy was helpful. Second guy ruined everything. Made me never want to come here again. Check your employees. You have some Pervy ass men there.

The person who owns this store was very helpful and gave me good advice for saving on gas milleage. His store was well stocked for what I needed (e.g. locks and furniture pad rentals) and he was accommodating when I called in regarding being a bit late for pick up. There is of course no on-site parking, so make sure you have transportation to and from this location. It is a convenient spot for making sure the truck is gassed up prior to returning the vehicle (I.e. next to a gas station). He is honest about his business and helped me avoid wasting money.

The Knapp sisters location in Mansfield had friendly service but terrible in equipment, our car hauler did not work so we were sent to a different location. They should have checked the equipment before even offering it. The refund process was also grueling still waiting for it!!!
