Great experience. This was my 3rd time renting a truck using this location. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this location in the future.
Genese MService was very nice and professional. If we would have needed anything extra for packing Zippy’s was well stocked and clean. The only issue, which can be tough, is that there is literally no where to park a vehicle except right infront of the door to Zippy’s so if more then one customer then it can be stressful.
Jeffery PU-Haul Customer service was very Knowledgeable, checked my tow vehicle to trailer lighting to ensure towing safety, hooked the trailer to my tow vehicle, installed safety chains, etc.
paul wNeeded a cargo van for a couple of hours to move a piece of furniture. Usually rent a truck from Lowes, but never again. Zippy Uhaul is now my go-to place when I need a larger vehicle. So convenient and easy to use. The gentleman that rented it to us was super helpful. I paid a little more because of the mileage charge, but it was totally worth it for the convenience. Great experience all around.

Andrew HI had rented the truck and car trailer for a one way move from Texas to Florida. My move got canceled, because the closing on my house got postponed. So, I had to take the truck back the next day, and I was still charged $357.00!! Ridiculous!!!!
