Improve the available parking to drop off rentals. Location was clean but not really inviting. No one was there to personally assistance with anything. Not what I would hope for or expect for small town service.

I was told that I would have a furniture dolly that I rented on the truck so I could unload my items but we were told that one was not available so I had to rent one somewhere else.

Steve NOnline pick up of equipment was not easy. The website form was glitchy, I needed help and they referred me to a manager. It took over 30 minutes at the site just to get it right, and pick up the truck. Made me late for the rest of the day.
Kathryn ETwo people were working, but no one in the office. I had to wait until they could get to the office. The trailer had not been swept out. It wasn’t too bad, but annoying. I had to hook up the trailer myself. They never came out of the office while I was on-site.
