Not make it so difficult to rent when the location is closed. It took over 45 minutes to get verified while we waited in the parking lot. For u haul support to get with us. Would not recommend this process to a friend.

Telly BThis location was uses because the first location didn't have a trailer on arrival. The McDonough Moving and storage Uhaul center, not only did not have my guaranteed rental, they changed the reservation without consent to mask their own error. Please see my reservation history as the McDonough location changed the reservation to Stockbridge to make it appear as though it was my request when it was not...........
