Took advantage of the $67 drop off location change to a u haul center 35 miles away from my destination. A good deal overall, however I went 16 mil s over my agreement distance and was charged $6.04. Not a bad trade but I think that should have been included or communicated in the original agreement to make alwance that I was driving further away to return. Place needed some better signage and a touch of paint but the owners were wonder LT nice and helpful people. Just a kind of rough neighborhood

I reserved trailer for another location for a 7 am pickup. The day before my scheduled pickup, Uhaul changed my location of pickup. This location did not open until 9 am on the day of my pickup, delaying my schedule by 2 hours.

I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS, INSTEAD OF1, BUT WHEN I GOT TO LOCATION, THE NEXT DAY, IT WAS REDIRECTED, AND THE CHARGES WAS A LITTLE MORE, THAN I WAS EXPECTED TO PAY. I PUT GAS IN THE TRUCK BEFORE I RETURNED IT, BUT WAS CHARGED AGAIN, BECAUSE THEY SAID I WAS OFF A LITTLE, AND DIDN'T UNSTAND WHAT THE WASTE CHARGE WAS FOR.

I was over charged. Disputing the charges. Pick up charges are totally different than drop off. One charged me for a one way the other for round trip. I was suppose to pick up a truck in Troy Alabama found out in less than 24 hours of pick up no truck was available. This is the third time I have used your company and had to rearrange pick ups with less than 24 hour notice and the pick ups were well out of my way. This has cost me more money in mileage and gas. For future customers, I would strongly recommend Penske or Ryder. This company scams their customers into spending more because you may or may not have a truck at the location you requested costing you more money. Also, the sales people at the drop off/pick up locations are not well trained.

Got a 6 x 12 box trailer very un professional staff never gave a receipt to where i was to drop it off didnt even realize until we were on our way on the trip so had to take a wild guess where to drop off luckily it worked out right ,Staff never did help with hooking the trailer nor gave any instructions went with 2 chains only didnt know how to hook up emergency brake chain we did reach safely but with a terrible back problem came from hooking the trailer on and off need to send them my medical bills for this unbearable pain i now have encountered waiting on their response after a phone complaint ...very terrible experience

Have the pickup people know the reservation was approved. She tried to tell me the unit was not approved so she would not rent it to me. After several calls I finally was able to rent the unit.

We pre-registered and pre paid due to being in a hurry to make other appointments. The young lady behind the counter couldn't get the system to work. I had to wait for someone else to come in. Took over an hour. The trailer assigned wasn't road worthy, so they gave me another, but the contract wasn't updated, which cause serious problems when I dropped it off in FL

teach employees how to properly fill out paperwork-my paperwork had somebody elses name on it - but thankfully I had the truck number that matched my hame.

U haul employee very helpful in getting the Dolly hooked up and ready for travel. I was very appreciative of the way he handle the transaction. The trip after that was just normal and no problems with the equipment.
