I picked up the truck at 7am yet the hinge had a lock so i had to wait till 9am to have a rep open it I had my day planned out because of this I lose a day at work and was not even compensated for this unacceptable mishap will not use uhaul again.

First there was damage around left light and wire cut it should been tape up and screw back down like I did with tape and screw took 3 minutes to fix. Also after I pick up tow dolly I got call 30 minutes later say I had not pick up dolly young person there when I pick up dolly was not paying attention to what was going on in office

The truck was very dirty and smelled very bad. It still had left over food inside the cab from the previous rental. The team was polite and helpful, but, the truck should have been cleaned before the next customer rented it. I wouldn't mine recommending this location if the trucks are kept up. Thanks

We chose this location originally by accident, but were extremely happy with the out come. The coustomer service is way better then the Uhal location less than 5 miles west of this location. We will definitely be using this location in the future and refer all of our aquatints to.

Was suppose to pick up truck at 8am, but they didnt open till 10am. When they opened they guys said I.should of received an email and they keys where in the truck. I never received that email..

The staff was nice enough if not a bit disinterested(did not walk out to the rental with me and do the walk-about to check the vehicle), just told me to push the button to find out which van it was. The vehicle cab was rather filthy, stains on the seats, the dash was grimy, and all the cup holders had past fluid stains. The armrests were equally as dirty. After reporting the condition, it was then that an employee finally came out to the van, and after looking inside asked me what I meant by "dirty"... I was only able to respond with sarcasm... After over a decade this is the first time a U-Haul rental has been in this condition. Someone needs to light a fire under those boys.

The U-Haul location I originally rented from called to let me know that the truck I had reserved would not start. Therefore, I had to rent from a different location which was an inconvenience for me since the place I initially rented from is located at walking distance from me house. Luckily, the personnel at the other location were thoughtful and very pleasant to deal with. At the end, everything worked out.

I rented a Van that obviously was involved in an accident. The Owner of this place was great and when I brought this to his attention, he informed me that this Van was recently dropped off at their location. That Van needs to be taken out of service and repaired.

The truck interior smelled a lot ! Dirty seats ! And the company should refund when customer fills the gas tank over its required level. And your company is quick to charge $3 when customers do not fill up with gas how it was given , make no sense ! You should appreciate clients , or you wouldn't have business !
