There is some parts of cement that should be fixed that's all broken up. My family and I almost tripped and fell couple of times because of the broken cement. But u have excellent people with excellent customer service. Thank you for having Good people to make my experience alot easier for me.

Lot is very crowded but everything else is good
Ryan R | First ImpressionsI made a reservation, and when I arrived the unit I had reserved was occupied. I was then upsold to a more expensive unit. I requested that because this was a mistake that was made by U-Haul that the price of my original reservation should be honored. The attendant said he would speak to his manager but I never heard anything back. When my bill came due after a month it was clear that I was not accommodated for the inconvenience of my reservation not being honored. I would not recommend this facility as it seems that they upsell people rather than honor reservations.

I'm worse off than l was, now I'm Broke, too, and they were horrible to deal with and nothing they said was True , or even happened the way they said it would. The staff was very nice, calm, competent, efficient -- all the good things! This really making it a nice, easy experience. I was having a rushed, tough day but after leaving Uhaul and getting my storage unit I felt better. Thank you to the gentleman that helped me.
