Donna W | Overall ExperienceStorage Depot took good care of their customers. I still need to clean out my unit, however I’ve been sick and unable. I called and will take care of that on the 13th. As always they go out of their way to understanding. Again, awesome service!!
ANN C | Overall ExperienceAverage staff at best. Facilities were fine. Staff was not so polite when my move out happened. Still got billed because they were "busy" and forgot to submit the move out order. Rates also increased multiple times over the year and now started to charge for insurance.
