Staff rarely on site. Communication for on site issues was difficult.

There was NEVER ELECTRICITY/lighting in my unit, I told the manager when I moved in, 1 1/2 years later, never had a light. there were termite droppings all over my boxes. Several times the elevator was not working properly.Often no one in the office or answering the phone.I do not recommend this storage facility.

gloria s | First ImpressionsThere was little space to park a truck to move equipment because some people we not moving things in and out of storage and were taking up space in the lot that could have been used by others. Not having lights in the units is a huge inconvenience.
