Both were suppose to be 10x15 as on the description, when I finished filling #11, we went to the next and found that the size was smaller than the description. I am very disappointed and need management to reach out. I am on a time crunch and this set back is very heartbreaking. I need a refund, upgrade at no charge, or something, this is just sad.

They failed to have video of the trailer being removed from the “ SECURE, VIDEO CAMERA” covered yard. They failed to save the video for the Police to review. Storage was fine till our trailer was stolen, they didn’t seem to do everything they could to help find the thieves. I won’t be returning, this lot is no better than any other and perhaps worse. I do not recommend.
