Andrew B | Overall ExperienceI've had 2 different units in this facility. Everything was ok except the roof leaked on both units, damaging some of my items. When it was reported the unit manager simply explained that all storage units collect condensation moisture and that was normal. UNEXCEPTABLE. I've had other units in other storage yards and have never had anything leaking on my stuff. I will very likely never use them again unless there are no other options.

MICHAEL B | Overall ExperienceThe only complaint I have is the deposit was returned to the orginal credit card used. I had to change the card to be charged during the rental period.. The card it was returned to was no longer valid as that account was closed. I don't know why the deposit wasn't sent back to the card currently being used to pay the charges on the storage unit.
