Would recommend adding additional time to the hours of electricity available (currently 2 hours starting at 10PM -- which is after facility is secured). Would also provide time during the day so customers can use electricity to check systems in RV.

The storage was good but I will never rent a truck again first they had my drop off at the wrong location and I had to drive extra miles which I was charged for and they told me it was $60 for the extra mileage yet my card was charged $118& some change not impressed!!!

I'm glad that I got our families stuff out of there and moved elsewhere with our storage needs. I have heard awful things about Uhaul and ignored the red flags well everything I heard was correct. Uhaul is the most ridiculous storage to rent through. Always threatening to auction off units due to the ridiculous fees added all the time. I feel like I paid and got caught up but then it magically showed up I still owed, Uhaul is the worst storage place I have ever dealt with.
