The people running the operation were personable and responsive and gave me all the information I needed to store my gear for 1 year. Their smaller locker was exactly what I needed at a good price. I would highly recommend.

Johannes L | Overall ExperienceWhen I was looking for storage, in 2019, The Vault Valet Storage had prices that were significantly lower than anywhere else in the Vancouver area. Because of that, I wondered if the service and/or the spaces themselves would be "budget" or in other words, substandard. I needn't have worried. The containers and storage units (I had an outdoor unit and a smaller indoor one for more than two years) were clean and secure, all my things in both units remained dry and clean and varmint free for the entire time, and the service was totally professional and friendly. I would use them again in a flash if I needed storage in the Vancouver area.
