A big difference from the young lady that i first dealt with, Heaven. Heaven had an attitude and seemed like she hated her job. Her customer service definitely needs some help.

Lori S. | Overall ExperienceI was late for my unit however I did not want to loose it. I called and spoke to Quincy before auction about giving me another week. I had important paperwork inside. Tax information, pictures of my kids, report cards I have had for years. I have always paid in the past. My health prevented me from supplementing my income so I was late. Quincy stated he would have the buyer call about my pictures and one never did. I know this is a business but I always paid even if it was late. This is heartbreaking and I try not to erase it from my memory. This saddens me. I even called the morning of the auction trying to make arrangements to stop it from happening...JESUSSSSS!
