Latrice S | Overall ExperienceIn the middle of my move I was denied access to the large doors and told I had to move the rest of my stuff through a small door. We were unable to move the truck because we had already started unloading and the remaining stuff would have fallen over if we drove. The woman who locked the doors was very rude and had no concern for how inconvenient she was making the rest of our move. She said “ Well I’m leaving for the night” I was paying movers by the hour and it cost me more money to have my stuff moved in. I would never recommend this uhal. On the other hand the woman who helped me at the front desk was wonderful and fast.

Also when unloading my things I seen dropping on my things and dead mouse in my boxes. But every time I went there I always seen someone cleaning. Just make sure that you secure your boxes.
