Timothy T. | Overall ExperienceI went to do a move out and couldn’t due to the one elevator being broken. It was “no big deal” to them . They didn’t send out any notice and about it being out nor did they send out anything once it was repaired instead I had constantly call. They also tried to wrongly charge me $20 for gas with a Uhaul I rented …good thing I took a picture with where the gas hand was before I pulled out so I had a time stamped picture. This place is slack and unorganized . Use another storage facility and rent your Uhaul elsewhere. You’ve been warned

The only negative was the cars parked along the back wall for extended periods of time made it difficult to get our truck through when we needed access to our unit.
