Rhonda D | Overall ExperienceWe’ve had two units for almost two years due to hurricane damage at our home. When we first rented our only complaint was very poor lighting. Since the new owners have taken over the lighting has greatly improved. The staff is very friendly and we would recommend this facility for your storage needs.
TERRY E | Overall ExperienceThere was nothing wrong with the facilities or the office staff. Erica was very nice and polite and tried to help to the best of her abilities. The problem we had was with the new owner, Jim Barbin. After he bought the business he immediatly raised our rent $55.00/month. We tried to talk to him about the increase. He would not return our calls and basically said through Erica if we didn't like the increase to move out, so we did. My opinion through all of this is that he was more concerned with the money he would make than customer service.
