They somehow chamy payment date from the actual date to another date so every month I was receiving late fee and lein notices and being narrated because of their mistake

From not answering the phone during business hours to services that are stated to be provided somehow cannot be performed. Especially with such a reputable company like U-haul I would expect satisfactory at best. Some not all of the employees at this location will be the reason I will not be returning nor referring any business. Makes the company as a whole look bad in my opinion.
