Latonya J. | Overall ExperienceThe facility was clean and some areas were well maintained. Above my storage unit was a leak and it damaged somethings but not alot of things. The manager did offer me another bigger storage but because of my height, it was too short for me, my head touch the ceiling, but yes, I'll recommend this location to anyone. Thanks to Uhaul for the many years (15+ years [from Atlanta, GA to Florence, SC]) of service.

Linda C. | First ImpressionsI provided and averaged score because when we first rented they provided us with the wrong storage unit and we had already started putting our stuff in there and ended up having to move because they made a mistake and we didn’t get a discount or anything for this. It was very unprofessional.
ANASTACIA R. | Overall ExperienceThe facility is as clean and accessible. I just wish there is a direct number to the facility. I at first could not find where my storage unit was as there are so many and I called the number on my paperwork but I got an agent who had to them connect me to the actual store. The store didn’t even answer the phone but by that time I had walked around and found my unit. But other than that and the the fact there is kind of no one around to help you, you’re kind of on your own, it was a good experience. I also got the same un around! I got booked to another storage facility and not the one I was dropping my truck off at but it was fixed so that’s fine

Had we known this when doing our reservation we would have gone somewhere else. After driving almost 12 hours and having to move heavy furniture upstairs was not fun.
