George P | Overall ExperienceWhen I arrived to check in, I was told that I had canceled my reservation. Supposedly the site manager had called me, and I told him I didn't have a reservation. Not true. You would think a person would be more careful to confirm he's talking with who he thinks he's talking with.

They even came to my house and picked up bags and took them and helped me unload my stuff... Im happy to be back in a home and no longer need the storage but i will miss Gillian and Eddie.
