We reserved a first floor climate controlled room on 09/28/23. I arrived in Sunday October 29th at 11:50 am. The posted business hours are 9 to 1pm. There was no one there to check me in. I came back the next day and was told my reservation was not available even though Uhaul Corp said it was. I was given two 3rd floor 10x10's instead of a 10x20 1st floor. I refused the rooms and went elsewhere because no Uhaul locations had this size available. Because of your poor inventory handling I lost my free month.
