My issues stem from being in the military and only having a certain time frame to be able to complete certain tasks... i.e. midnight.. so I usually had to live without some of my gear due to not being able to access it or storing that elsewhere.

They were so clean I could have eaten off them. .

The Manager of this store was incredibly understanding and knowledgeable of all aspects of moving. I was given the best service I have ever had through u-haul and recommend his store to anyone needing moving assistance! 5 STAR SERVICE!!

Facility is great except no elevator so moving heavy stuff upstairs is rough. Staff is excellent.

Despite being told when I rented that anytime less than a month would prorated , when I questioned staff they were indignant and stated" i don't think so , we don't do that." The staff seemed reluctant to actually work and each process was incredibly slow. They had rude tones and attitudes with all customers. I was very disappointed to observe the lack of customer service.

The staff was always helpful. My items we're secure and stayed in great shape.

I was to get a single large storage unit. I call a few times to confirm this. When I arrived they gave me two small units that was less storage space than the single large unit I had reserved. It was extremely difficult to get my stuff in. I’m very dissatisfied!

When we got the storage I wasn’t asked bout the insurance. I came back from working out of town and all my stuff was wet and molded. The ceiling had done fell in and wet all my things. So when I went to the front they say they can’t do anything cause of the insurance. Well as I reported it to the front come to find out the lady ain’t send it in to the boss nor noted it in the computer

Dana was extremely knowledgeable in her facility and its options, selecting appropriate size unit for me, covering all aspects during our discussion. Other staff members extremely helpful getting me moved in, into the facility to my unit, how to access via my code, and adjusting the code when the system detected a duplicated code Only intending a short stay a i am attempting to purchase a home in the Gulfport area but am highly pleased with the situation.

I only needed storage for two weeks. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and customer service oriented. If I am ever in that area again and need storage they will be my go to people. Excellent!

I had a good experience with the agent that checked me in and the guy who checked in my truck. Both of them where helpful and updated me on things I should know. Both employeees were great team player

Uhaul as a whole seems very disorganized. We had problems making arrangements that were most convenient but also not having the facilities present at the location and times that were a arranged.

It was rats in my storage, the manager has the nastiest attitude, did not try to accommodate my belongings by offering to move to a different unit or reducing the rent price, was paying to house rats!
