I never heard back from them and had to call the 800 U-Haul line to get my account closed after waiting 4 full days. I would not recommend using this U-Haul storage location. I had this rental 9 months and the cost for this unit is too expensive.

That particular location would get more business if management had more professionalism, need a new manager!!! This my second time renting there and the manager always moody.
