I had booked the storage unit for 2 months. Two days before my rent was due for the third month I went to clean the unit and move out. I was horrified to find that my unit had been opened, and the lock removed without my knowledge or consent! When I spoke to the staff on site they could see a note on my file that indeed that lock had been removed but could not provide an explanation as to why staff would be entering and removing a lock on a paid for unit. The counter associate said that she would reach out to the manager and contact me that next day. I have yet to receive a response from Uhaul. The actions of the Uhaul staff are not only in violation of the policies set out by Uhaul, they are also a huge breach of trust that make me (and others to hear my story) no longer want to use the services of Uhaul.

So convenient being able to to book easily online, late in the day. Access was easy and the facility was immaculate.
