BEST FEATURE: exemplary, professional & personable Mgr and staff, also always available, patient, friendly, accommodating, efficient/quick/easy starting/ending rental, as well as checking in & out w/cards … Other reasons for excellent rating &returning: - ENTIRE FACILITY MAINTAINED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (Exterior/street side, outside, interior bay loading/unloading areas, office, bathroom, elevator, storage lockers & hallways … - Mgr constantly making improvements & innovative to accommodate local residents’ needs creating addtl secure surfboard storage racks. This location feels very safe/secure & w/many surveillance cameras … easy loading/unloading parking, well-lit, bery cool w/air conditioning to preserve personal property w/in lockers & carts/elevator are always available. Thank you very much! Will definitely return for self and referrals.

CAROLINE Y | First Impressionsi got a message around 6 months ago after a storm that water got in and we should check our units and let you guys know if there was water damage. there is a hole in the roof above mine that was clearly visible. i let you guys know and had to leave for the mainland about a month later. nothing was done, because when i came back from the mainland to clear out my stuff, the hole is still there and clearly water had been getting in that entire time. half my boxes had disintegrated and i had a pile of bedding, clothes and a mattress that were covered in mold and still wet from whatever recent rain there was.
