PAUL S | First ImpressionsWhile calling the location the phone just rings, then a customer service representative from a call center can't provide, change or update your info they can only take payment..they do not have an email address on file and we are told because Uhaul has 3 different computer systems..customer service via telephone is a tragedy..staff at the location did not enter correct info, initially , but very helpful otherwise
