MATTHEW W | Overall ExperienceWhen I rented my unit I explained I needed 24 hour access due to the fact my work schedule had me up at odd hours, that didn't presume to be a problem at the time. About 2 weeks ago I found an eviction notice taped to the front of my unit telling me I was to vacate the facility by the 30th. I didn't ask questions at the time and removed my belongings from the property. I later learned that loitering was their justification for my eviction. How is it when I pay rent as well as an extra fee that permits me to be at the location after hours can be justified as loitering.
