LISA M | Overall Experience1. I could rarely get someone on the phone at the local office. I was always transferred to the central location who could not help me with my local issue. 2. The phone only asked me to press buttons related to truck rentals. Nothing correlated with storage as phone options. 3. I moved 30 minutes away from the storage unit. If I went at 8 o'clock at night to get things out of the storage and then returned at 10 o'clock at night to get some more things I would be locked out of the storage which meant that I wasted a thirty minute drive to the storage unit that I could no longer access.
SHERRITA D | Overall ExperienceThe elevators were out and it was a major inconvenience. But I was ok bc they promised to give a discount of 50 bucks but didn’t do it. So they did t keep their word on top of the trouble so I moved out and next time I have to store office equipment I will explore other places.
