I would definitely tell family and friends to use this facility to save guard their things. I loved the fact that I could choose to have my things in a temperature controlled environment. The staff is always helpful and friendly, I will miss seeing them!

Marcus S | Online Move InI reserved an outdoor storage area. That unit wasn’t available because the owner did not move out so I was upgraded to an indoor unit for the same price. They even provided a lock free of charge.

The manager of the facility then moved his stuff in the same day and I hadn't even check out of the unit yet. I then asked for a refund of the 3 weeks and he got all mad and refused and hung up on me. The worker apologized and said that wasn't right because technically it was still my unit. I would like this fixed asap.
