The staff are very professional and in particular, the manager ANGIE was second to none in helping out my brother and also taking care of the rental truck issues on Saturday March 30/24. I’m very happy to hear that the storage unit my brother vacated was rented on the same day. That’s good work. Bravo well done and I’ll be coming back soon Ron

My entire locker was gone through and destroyed and even though there’s a camera pointing directly at my locker “there was no footage” absolutely ridiculous place to think your items are safe when they certainly aren’t.
crystal m | Overall ExperienceThe staff were very rude. The storage unit was dirty. The latch is very hard to operate and needs to be replaced. The lock was supposed to be placed inside the unit but had to grab it from the office and deal with the angry, rude and inconsiderate staff.

Ben S | First ImpressionsClient service was excellent, but I had to wait quite a while in lines to get it. Customer reps did their very best to make our storage with U-Haul a positive experience. We were very happy with our staff interactions. Storage unit door was a bit banged up and the weather stripping on the side of the doors would buckle and come out when trying to close the unit. Water (likely from big storms) leaked through the roof of the unit and damaged some boxes.
