When I arrived to this Uhaul location the nice gentleman behind the counter was very helpful as well. The staff were all very friendly and the lady who helped me book my reservation she gave me a tour of the storage units which were a lot smaller than I thought they would be but she was going to work with me if I needed a smaller storage unit as well which I was pleased to hear because moving is a pain. Thankfully I was able to fit everything in one larger unit instead of 2 units. It's rare now a days to find great customers service especially in this line of business where it seems like people are not grateful. I hate moving and I tend to get overwhelmed easily so I want to say "THANK YOU" to all the staff members at the Interbay UHAUL location for helping me pull my life together.

There were constant problems from the moment I rented the unit to the day I left and I will not recommend this place to anyone else. The staff is the only redeeming quality.

MARJORY LAURA THOMAS | First ImpressionsI purchased a storage unit online the day of move-in. When I got to the unit, after office hours but during access hours, my unit had a lock on it that was from the U-Haul office. This lock, and any instructions about the lock were not mentioned at all in the materials I received when purchasing the unit. I was on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes with 3 different agents, all of whom said the lock was not supposed to be there. None of them could help me get into the unit or transfer to a different unit. I ended up having to leave and come back the next morning which was an extreme inconvenience for me and my friends helping me move. Come to find out, this particular U-Haul location started putting locks on their units because of a recent break in, so you have to come in person during office hours to get the lock removed and get a special key card. None of this was mentioned during the online purchase, there's obviously a major communication problem between corporate and individual locations, and unfortunately the customers have to pay the price for that. Not dealing with U-Haul again if I can help it, don't want to take the chance on another blunder
