Michael N | First ImpressionsI paid for a month and the guy in the office told me I would get a credit for the time I didn’t use when I check out since I only used 12 days of the last month of rental. When I checked out I asked what the refund was and the same guy said oh we don’t give refunds for the over payment. So I paid for 3 weeks I’m not using the storage. Good to see uhaul will double dip on a storage unit and take my three weeks then make the next person pay for 3 weeks I already paid for. I guess that’s how they give people a month free with a truck rental. Rip off. Will never use again.
