Kendall E | Online Move InNever could get in touch with facilities staff without going up to the site, which is not on the lot of my storage facility it is 6 miles away. That information was never disclosed when I set up the rental over the phone.

Marsha M | Overall ExperienceI had a issue with patents, I had an old card that was being charged and my stuff was tagged and going to be auctioned, thankfully we figured it out and I was able to pay the balance and after my lock was cut off and a new one added on their part, it was all sorted out and I was happy to get my belongings and bid U-Haul a farewell. It was a crazy, anxious time for my wife and our stuff , especially paperwork for the kids that was irreplaceable. Needless to say, it all worked out in the end.
