the l | Overall ExperienceIt was quick and easy. I appreciate needing to have a remote control to access the gate upon entry. Once upon a time there was a concern about the ceiling of the unit ripping, that was immediately addressed. Obtaining the unit and ending my contract after approximately 5 years was an easy in and out process. The customer representatives over the phone were easy to reach and knew the answers to all of my questions. I would definitely use Uhaul storage again, especially if every facility is as easy as this one. Thank you for housing my belongings until I could.
Staci A | Overall ExperienceI was not able to move in on Saturday because their was a lock on my unit.... I called the desk and they weren't on hand even though it was during the hours of operation. They said I would have to come back on Monday and so now I have been driving around with everything in my car still since Saturday. I will be going over again today after work in hopes that I can finally actually get into my unit.......
