When I went to actually get keys and go into reserved storage they “didn’t know anything” weren’t aware said the lady who had arranged it wasn’t a worker from that location 😔 and they gave me a second floor storage when I had requested first floor as i have issues with walking It was very frustrating and I won’t be doing storage with uhaul again. The truck rental was also very discouraging Not a pleasant experience at all
