The check-in was quick and easy. Staff was helpful and thorough. The facility was clean and met all of our needs.
Regional manager was there. He was great. Very friendly. Very helpful.
The staff members were excellent from the jump. One gentlemen, perhaps the manager, wasn't all that great, however, I upon my departure of renting two storage units, renting two one-way trucks and a trailer, I met the regional manger, "Bravo," whom was excellent. I wish I would have had the opportunity to work with Bravo from the beginning. Everyone needs a good wingman and Bravo went over and beyond to accommodate my last requests before departing. Overall, thank you to the UHaul Crew at North Port, FL.
After i moved out of my unit i kept getting late payment notices..and notices that my property would be seized...even after calling and being told they would stop coming...
My unit was regularly blocked by other tenants. The facility is over run with trucks making it difficult to enter or exit. The staff watched me struggle to move out and then tried to charge me fees. The manger needs a lesson on privacy as I did not need to learn about others evocation process.
This was a high use facility, and the layout was awful. Our unit was in the back and there were three access points, which were almost always blocked by other cars. So frustrating

My only complaint was the facility was small and hard to drive through.
The trucks are always clean and in perfect condition. It gives u peace in moving anywhere .

Owner and staff were extremely helpful getting me what I needed. Great place and would recommend using their facility and services.
Only thing to note is that some of the buildings have restricted access during office hours only.
