Toby L. | Overall ExperienceI was a victim of domestic violence and the office knew that they were very well aware of it and knew that my crime victims compensation was going to pay for my storage unit and they Storage manager Ed agreed to and wanted me to sign over my storage unit and I said no! It’s getting paid I need what’s in there it belongs to me he said I can sign over my unit get a basket of clothes and be done when I had crime victims about to pay what I owed and then a few days later Ed showed up at my parents house I’m sorry and he was screaming at me and yelling at me and cursing at me and the managers and, the neighbors came out and told me to call the police I went inside to ignore him and his yells and screams and my mother said she wanted corporate‘s number to call to complain about this crazy man who knew my entire situation all the trauma that I have been through and who agreed to wait until crime victims paid well my mom says they wanted what you had inside there Mandy and so for you to say that I moved out of my unit is a lie and I can’t believe that you would lie like this I am going to the courthouse and I am going to take action because I never even received a letter in the mail and said there was certified mail no there was not it wasn’t refused it wasn’t it because it was never sent to me to begin with I got an email maybe less than 30 days ago that said I was late and I owed $15 and now I get this email saying that I have moved out and there they hope that it went well well I hope to God whoever moved me out of my unit had a drivers license with my name on it and with me because this is a lie I never moved out and how dare you try to treat me as I’m stupid I have never been treated so horrible by a bunch of men in my life but when Ed came to my parents house and went crazy he did just as Mr. Doug Martin did when he was holding my car in the unit I don’t know why you would want to treat a young woman that’s been through so much trauma like me so poorly when all I’ve done is try to stay safe and I kept in contact with you guys as you asked me to the day that I wrote to the state of Texas and ask them how long it would be was the same day Ed told me to get back to him in a few days to let him know I told him it would take at least a week to hear back he agreed then he shows up to at my parents house screaming trying to get me to sign my unit over and I told him the same thing they’re sending me a check crime victims is sending me a check so now that I have this check and you guys don’t have my belongings and you didn’t go About it the legal way I am going to write this up As theft theft because that’s what y’all did to me as you stole from me ! Thank you for the trust snd for the care that I have been traumatized and scared to come into the storage unit Because I’m afraid that those men will attack me or try to abuse me in some sort away emotionally physically or mentally so now with that said thank you so much for showing your true colors I will be definitely talking with them shortly the police no letter in mail no certified letter nothing ! Poor business and screaming and threatening me for no reason ! I have been so nice and trying hard to get threw a tough abusive situation that I am blessed to still be alive today but again traumatized by men for no reason. Because they feel they can tell and scream and show anger and make a woman jump ! Your horrible people
