Matthew G | First ImpressionsI hadn't rented a truck and a.load of storage space. I was told my storage was 1 month free and I would pay on the second month but I was charged When I moved in. When I call back customer service personnel said she didn't know because I didn't tell her even though I booked my reservation 4 days before I had to tell her all my information again. She immediately reverse the transaction when she became aware.

Eric V | Overall ExperienceThe unit I rented was a portable storage that that had cork screw wood floors that got wet from the untit sitting on the ground and cause fungus to be in the unit. I will spend the money to next time to have my things stored at untied van lines, in a warehouse and controlled temperature storage facility. This wasn’t a bad storage location but it wasn’t the best
